Next month is my birthday month — so prompts are open for one week (I also have covid and need something to kill this mindless boredom). You know the drill. You know my fandoms, you know my pairings. Please feel free to submit multiple prompts. That’s always best because it’s nice to have choices.
As you remember, last time I opened prompts, four prompts became Breakable Heaven (Paper Flowers). A year before that, a prompt became Cave Kisses. That could very well happen again, so put your thinking caps on. Your prompt could become a 50k word fic.

Just finished reading The Dark Lord’s Daughter and WOW did it drag me under into a binge read. Extremely well executed, and loved the pervasive wrongness that Harry was up against. Loved it. Paper Flowers was also surprising and haunting (Daphe’s situation is soooo messed up but was done thoughtfully and made sense plot wise, major success on making readers feel stuff).
That being said, sorry to hear you have Covid- unfortunately, ‘tis the season. Hope you recover quickly and fully.
As for prompts, here are a few you can play around with- no pressure regardless if you do/don’t choose one, all of your shared writing is a gift we all appreciate:
+something involving Colonel Fitzwilliam? I don’t care about who you pair him with, but I’d love to see a happy ending for him. I’d appreciate no slash for this, just because there’s so many wonderful unmarried girls in P&P, and I think he’d be the type to adore a badass wife (or, conversely, to ruthlessly spoil her). If it does ends up being slash, no big deal though.
+Lord Roman Malfoy is definitely intriguing! A story about him may be cool, especially if it involves the ever amazing Barty Crouch Jr
+actually Barty Crouch Jr. fic in general is also always welcome
+noticed you said you were on a Hannibal kick? Or maybe I imagined that? But another idea is to do Hannibal as a new DADA teacher, especially any sort of shenanigans involving other staff

I had Covid over christmas so I know your pain. Hope you get well soon!
As for the prompt…
Harry Potter/Spock. Harry falls through/shoved through the veil and ends up in the future and on another planet where he meets Spock.
Harry Potter/Hannibal. Harry needs therapy after the war and decides to go for a therapist outside of the UK but still in the know. He ends up choosing Hannibal. Only it turns out Hannibal isn’t quite in the know as first assumed.

Sorry to hear that you’re ill. Best wishes for your speedy recovery, and that the boredom doesn’t get to you too much. By the way, both Dark Lord’s Daughter and Paper Flowers were fantastic!
In regards to prompts, here are a few ideas (as always, feel free to bend them as needed to make a decent story or suit your whims):
+Something involving Lord Roman Malfoy; he’s an interesting character, and it would be cool to see him in either a continuation of Dark Lord’s Daughter (which I loved) or in a new fic
+I always love my favorite boy Barty Crouch Jr, but it might be cool if you made a fic where he and Harry were in the same generation. No time travel, just swapping one of their ages so that they were at Hogwarts around the same time. Anything else is up to you.
+If you’re in the mood for Pride and Prejudice, could you write something where Colonel Fitzwilliam gets a happy ending? I loved the Anne/Bella fic, but maybe he could be happy with Charlotte Lucas, Mary Bennet, Kitty Bennet, or even (ultimate challenge) Caroline Bingley? They are all such lovey underrated characters, and characterization is a strong suit of yours.
+Last suggestion: I think I remember reading you post about being in a Hannibal mood? If so, maybe write about what if Hannibal was the new DADA teacher?

I’m so sorry you’ve got Covid. It is just the worst!
I would love a Harry Potter/Loki like Perfect Illusion. I just adore that story and reread it all the time. Someone said Harry Potter/Spock so I’d like to vote that one too. Or Harry Potter/Kirk.

I would be down for anything Harry/Star Trek either Spock or Kirk maybe they get stuck on Earth during Harry’s time period.
Harry/Darcy- I adored the last one you wrote for my prompt last year and would love to see this pairing again. Maybe this time Harry lands back in Regency era
Harry/ Neville- it’s one of my favorite rare pairs. Maybe after Hogwarts or before things got really crazy during the war.
Harry/Romilda Vane- you do that pairing so incredibly well and I’ve re-read your stories featuring them so many times over the years.
Bruce Wayne/Darcy – I’d actually be really excited to see what you do with this. Especially if it’s after Damon is reveled.
